Abstract

Le projet de loi PACTE (Plan d'Action pour la Croissance et la Transformation des Entreprises) préparé par le gouvernement Macron ambitionne d'inciter les différents acteurs de l'entreprise (entrepreneurs, financeurs, managers, travailleurs, clients…) à changer leur perception du rôle de cette dernière dans la société. Il s'agit de repenser ce que les entreprises pourraient - ou devraient - être à la lumière des évolutions sociétales, économiques, politiques et écologiques de ces dernières années. Surtout, cette réforme de l'entreprise semble annoncer la fin des dichotomies entre entreprises dites " classiques " et entreprises de l'économie sociale et solidaire (ESS). Quatre ans après la loi relative à l'ESS, que nous apprend la comparaison de ces deux textes ? Que révèlent-ils sur nos nouvelles modes d'entreprendre ? En quoi sont-ils annonciateurs de ce que seront les entreprises de demain ? [...]
