Abstract

Quels sont les impacts réels de l'échec entrepreneurial ? Notre réflexion, qui s'appuie sur une étude menée auprès de sept d'entrepreneurs ayant vécu la liquidation de leur entreprise, propose une approche de l'échec lucide et étayée, qui n'est ni une glorification de ses vertus, ni un déni de ses dimensions dévastatrices. Ce travail mobilise la méthode biographique et phénoménologique [1] basée sur l'analyse du vécu d'entrepreneurs et propose ainsi des repères clairs. Nous présentons également nos préconisations de transformation.
