Abstract

Appariement entre les données de l'enquête structures fonciers des exploitations agricoles du SCEES (1980) et les données recueillies auprès du crédit agricole pour les Côtes-du-Nord: caractéristiques des populations achetant ou n'achetant pas de foncier, évolution du rythme d'achats entre 1970 et 1980, taille des exploitations, caractéristiques de celles qui achètent avec les prêts fonciers du crédit agricole, influence de l'accès aux prêts du CAM sur l'achat de foncier, évolution de la charge foncière, concurrence avec d'autres endettements, indicateurs de crise lies à l'endettement, hétérogénéité des exploitations endettées en foncier, celles l'étant uniquement en foncier étant peu nombreuses et souvent dans les classes de dimension économique faible, concurrence entre les diverses formes de crédit, les exploitations endettées en foncier et en bâtiment, en très fort développement, cumulant les principaux endettements bonifies et sur-bonifiés.
