Les systèmes culturaux dans le système de production agricole : étude économique

Abstract

Drun point de vue économique, l'étude des systèmes culturaux et de leur place dans les systèmes de production suppose de les définir et de disposer de méthodes d'observation, avant de parvenir à lranalyse des caractéristiques et des résultats de ces systèrnes. Ce problème a suscité depuis longtemps l'intérêt d'abord des agronomes puis des économistes, dans le but de pouvoir disposer des résultats analytiques permettant une étude normative ; celle-ci débouche, selon la position adoptée, soit sur la gestion des systèmes dans une optique microéconomique, soit sur la politique économique au niveau de la région ou de la nation. Notre champ se limitera à l'étude descriptive et analytique des systèmes qui peuvent être rencontrés dans l'espace national français. Cependant, les méthodes et définitions utilisées peuvent être appliquées et le sont d'ailleurs quelquefois, à l'ensemble de l'agriculture de la Communauté Économique Européenne, et plus généralement à l'agriculture des pays industrialisés.
