Abstract

Au moyen d'une étude qualitative, cet article s'intéresse à l'impact de la financiarisation sur le travail des acheteurs et la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs. L'analyse se base sur les théories de la justice organisationnelle et de l'échange social et montre que les acheteurs ne sont pas neutres face aux dispositifs et au système de significations imposés par la direction pour financiariser les relations d'achats. Les résultats indiquent que cette financiarisation crée chez eux des sentiments d'injustice distributive, procédurale, interpersonnelle et informationnelle qui les amènent à mobiliser des stratégies d'action pour développer des relations d'échange social avec les fournisseurs.
