La| survie des intermédiaires face au circuit court : le cas des grossistes en fruits et légumes

Abstract

Cet article traite du phénomène de désintermédiation posé du point de vue de la survie des intermédiaires de la distribution Business to Business (BtoB). Le phénomène étudié est celui de la plateformisation de la Grande Distribution dans le domaine particulier des grossistes à service complet en fruits et légumes (Gasc en F&L). Ce travail repose sur la théorie néo-institutionnelle pour mettre en évidence l'impact des pressions « régulatrices » sur les prix lors de la désintermédiation puis des nouvelles pressions « normatives » sur la qualité qui permettent aux Gasc en F&L de remporter une nouvelle légitimité. Cette communication est ainsi une contribution originale pour le champ de la distribution en abordant le de désintermédiation du point de vue de l'intermédiaire BtoB et de sa légitimité.
