Abstract

À une époque où les pouvoirs publics mettent en place, dans la foulée des « Assises de l'entrepreneuriat », une politique favorisant les attitudes entrepreneuriales dans la société et notamment auprès de la jeunesse, il est utile de rappeler que l'entrepreneuriat est l'affaire non seulement des individus, mais aussi des organisations (Miller, 1983). Une organisation doit en effet maintenir sa dynamique entrepreneuriale si elle veut rester en vie, croître, améliorer sa performance et se renouveler. Et ce, encore plus en temps de crise économique, où l'environnement est souvent plus pauvre en opportunités et les entreprises moins enclines à les saisir. Pour introduire, nous dressons d'abord un état de l'art des travaux passés sur la relation entre le management des ressources humaines et l'entrepreneuriat organisationnel, avant de présenter les articles du dossier, et enfin de proposer des pistes de recherches futures sur la manière dont la mobilisation des ressources humaines peut dynamiser le comportement entrepreneurial des firmes.
