Organisation entrepreneuriale et orientation vers les opportunités : Un cadre intégrateur

Abstract

La littérature sur le champ de l'entrepreneuriat organisationnel se développe. Cependant, notre connaissance demeure fragmentée et non cumulative. Parmi les différentes écoles de pensées existantes, les auteurs portent une attention particulière au construit de l'orientation entrepreneuriale, au concept de management entrepreneurial et à la notion de firme entrepreneuriale développée par Danny Miller au début des années 1980. Prenant comme point de départ le besoin d'intégrer les éléments clés de ce champ, ils élaborent un cadre théorique qui combine ces conceptions et l'appliquent à une étude de cas. La contribution des auteurs est de montrer que les processus entrepreneuriaux au sein des organisations sont différenciés et dépendent des configurations organisationnelles et de leur degré de cohérence.
