Pour construire la résilience des écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux

Abstract

Cet article traite de la résilience des écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux et plus généralement de celle des régions économiques ou des économies locales. Notre raisonnement s'applique en effet à tout un ensemble d'agents économiques et entrepreneuriaux situés sur un territoire. Nous partons d'une vision de l'incertitude extrême représentée par les « Cygnes Noirs » de Nassim Taleb. Nous explorons ensuite deux sources d'inspiration et de connaissances sur la résilience : les individus et la nature. Spécifiquement, nous revisitons quelques études sur les processus de résilience individuelle et sur celle des écosystèmes naturels afin d'en retirer des leçons potentiellement applicables dans le cadre des politiques de développement local, régional et national et des écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux.
