Abstract

Une comparaison du rapport de la Commission pour l'Efficacité de la Justice (CEPEJ) du Conseil de l'Europe, publié le 4 octobre 2018, avec le Tableau de bord de la justice dans l'Union européenne, du 28 mai 2018, permet une pleine mesure de la situation de la justice en France. Quelles sont les réflexions que cela peut nourrir face aux inquiétudes comme aux espoirs suscités par la justice dite prédictive pour redresser la justice en France ?
