L’économie collaborative en Suisse romande à l’horizon 2030 : les MOOCs à l’heure de Coursera

Abstract

L'économie collaborative s'est rapidement développée au cours de ces deux dernières décennies (Borel et al, 2015) et l'enseignement supérieur n'est pas épargné par ce phénomène au travers notamment du développement des MOOCs qui changent les formes et les contenus des apprentissages. Au sein des entreprises, les MOOCs étoffent le panel des directions des Ressources Humaines pour offrir aux salariés de nouveaux moyens de se former et améliorer leurs compétences professionnelles. Pour rendre compte des futurs possibles des MOOCs en Suisse romande à l'horizon 2030, la prospective stratégique a un intérêt majeur. Cette démarche est celle que nous emprunterons dans ce travail pour analyser le cas Coursera. Quatre scénarios sont alors proposés : Coursera forever, Coursera & Co, Coursera Ltd et Good bye Coursera. Les résultats sont multidimensionnels et ils permettent d'appréhender l'économie collaborative à travers une approche stratégique et prospective. Ils donnent notamment des éléments intéressants sur les évolutions possibles de Coursera et un meilleur aperçu des acteurs, de leurs attentes et des stratégies qu'ils sont susceptibles de suivre.
