Abstract

À la fois héros dénonçant les injustices et traître déstabilisant l'ordre établi, le whistleblower, « lanceur d'alerte » en français, peine à trouver sa place dans les sociétés occidentales. Quels sont les ressorts psychologiques et sociologiques qui poussent un salarié à « lancer l'alerte »… et à risquer sa carrière ?
