Abstract

Depuis plusieurs années, un accord tend à s'imposer sur le rôle primordial des managers dans la création de l'avantage compétitif des organisations. Les entreprises mettent en avant les besoins des organisations contemporaines en matière de leadership. La capacité à guider des équipes dans des univers en pleine mutation est reconnue comme une compétence d'autant plus cruciale qu'au besoin de flexibilité s'ajoute un besoin d'engagement personnel des salariés dans des univers souvent très exigeants et pas toujours très « rémunérateurs ». Mais de quels moyens les entreprises se sont-elles dotées pour accompagner les managers face aux attentes toujours plus fortes qui pèsent sur cette population ?
