Abstract

Parallèlement au succès du coaching individuel, les groupes de co-développement ou de co-coaching pour managers prennent de l'ampleur au sein des entreprises. Ces moments d'échange, où les managers se retrouvent entre pairs, permettent de réfléchir ensemble et d'enrichir sa vision individuelle. Il s'agit également de développer des compétences managériales collectives et des réseaux informels et durables. Des exemples concrets témoignent de la pertinence de ces nouvelles formes d'apprentissage.
