Abstract

L'enseignement Supérieur agronomique et agro-alimentaire des pays d'Europe Centrale et Orientale constitue actuellement un intéressant objet d'analyse des conséquences de la transition économique et sociale post communiste en matière d'adaptation et de restructuration d'un système d'enseignement à finalité scientifique et technique. En s'appuyant sur leur expérience de ces systèmes universitaires et sur la base d'une approche institutionnelle, les auteurs proposent un regard occidental sur les mutations en cours et les axes de développement de l'enseignement supérieur agronomique et agro-alimentaire de ces pays. L'émergence d'une nouvelle demande sociale et de nouveaux modes d'accès au marché du travail conduisent à une remise en cause du modèle antérieur de formation.
