Abstract

Comment devenir un bon manager dès la prise de poste ? Constatant année après année les questionnements, les inquiétudes et les lacunes de ses étudiants en Master dans leur préparation à la vie active, Paul Millier a décidé de dédier son dernier cours en management (EMLYON) à la prise de poste et à la réussite des trois premières années de vie active des cadres. Le cours connaissant d'année en année un succès grandissant, il a décidé d'en faire un livre. L'ouvrage s'appuie sur son expérience de consultant, de formateur et de Professeur en management, mais également sur ses connaissances en développement personnel. Le résultat : un livre très pratique qui rassemble toutes les pépites (concepts clés de management, outils, astuces, bonnes pratiques, anecdotes) qui permettront aux lecteurs de devenir, dès leur prise de fonction, les futurs managers efficaces et compétents dont rêvent toutes les entreprises ! Facile d'accès, le livre peut s'apparenter à un vade-mecum et il révèle tout ce que l'on n'apprend pas dans les écoles. En trois heures de lecture, il donne les clés pour développer les qualités managériales et relationnelles nécessaires aux trois prochaines années. Un livre pour les futurs cadres, pour les managers qui entrent en poste et pour tous ceux qui souhaitent avoir des bases solides en management.
