Abstract

Le business consulting porte sur les problématiques stratégiques, organisationnelles, de management, de transformation ou de conduite du changement de l'entreprise. Les préoccupations qu'il traite sont diverses - marketing, performance économique, ressources humaines, systèmes d'information... - et la réflexion qu'il requiert peut aller du niveau le plus stratégique au niveau le plus opérationnel. Pour réussir sa mission de conseil auprès de l'entreprise, tout consultant suivra un même mode opératoire : une expertise métier et secteur du client, un déroulé de mission cadré mobilisant différentes pratiques, des compétences méthodologiques, relationnelles et en technologies de l'information. 10 objectifs et 41 plans d'action : 1. Rédiger une proposition et vendre une mission 2. Collecter des informations 3. Établir un diagnostic 4. Concevoir une recommandation 5. Synthétiser et communiquer 6. Conduire la transformation 7. Piloter la mission 8. Capitaliser l'expérience 9. Débuter et progresser dans un cabinet de conseil 10. Développer une activité de conseil.
