Abstract

Le point sur la notion de délégation managériale, un outil à développer dans les organisations La délégation est un véritable outil au service de la réduction de la charge de travail des managers et du renforcement de la motivation des salariés (enrichissement des tâches, développement de nouvelles compétences). Cet ouvrage propose d'analyser en détail le processus de délégation managériale et d'offrir tant aux managers qu'aux opérationnels des pistes pour mettre en place une délégation efficace.
