Abstract
Ce livre est l'inattendue rencontre d'un père de pub et d'un fils de la recherche en comportement organisationnel. Une plongée en apnée dans le Grand Bleu de nos prises de décision. Hier, domaine réservé au seul QI (quotient intellectuel), aujourd'hui, forcé de s'ouvrir au QE (quotient émotionnel). Leurs explorations, l'une prospective, l'autre scientifique, les mèneront au coeur du monde de l'entreprise. Sans le savoir, elles s'ouvrent à ce nouveau pouvoir en marche : celui du coeur face à la stratégie, de l'âme face au marketing, du rêve face à la logique. Christophe Haag et Jacques Séguéla partent en guerre contre le mythe de l'intelligence froide, reine du monde, pour y adjoindre le râle décisif des émotions, reine des sens. Une révolution dans ce monde, réputé si cartésien, du grand business comme en témoignent leurs révélations sur leur gestion de crises (fiasco de Jean-Marie Messier, grève de la SNCM...).
