Abstract

À partir d'une histoire imaginée sur la base d'une multitude de situations vécues, ce petit guide présente les différentes étapes d'un projet et les points cruciaux à maîtriser pour le faire aboutir. Le lecteur qui veut aller à l'essentiel appréciera un ouvrage concentré sur les facteurs clés de succès de la démarche projet. Les aspects trop techniques sont donc délibérément mis au second plan pour privilégier l'apprentissage du cœur de la démarche : le management ! Grâce à sa présentation didactique basée sur un récit, à sa méthodologie simple et à ses nombreux conseils pratiques, ce livre permet au lecteur de découvrir les éléments structurants dont il aura besoin pour mener à bien son projet
