Abstract

This book provides a complete vision of Project Management. It is based on three main parts: - Theoretical guidelines that include all you need to know about the main aspects of the Project Management. - Real life Concrete Case Studies from various areas such as Industry, High Technology, Public Services, events, sports, Humanitarian Aid - and Specialists' expertises. It also includes an original simulator CD Rom that analyses an unsuccessfull project.
