Abstract

Die Gründungs- und Wachstumsfinanzierung umfaßt eine Vielzahl von Maßnahmen, die den Unternehmensaufbau- und frühen Expansionsprozeß vor allem junger, innovativer Unternehmen begleitet. Der erste Hauptteil des Werkes enthält die Darstellung der Beteiligungsfinanzierung, der zweite Hauptteil bringt eine umfassende empirische Analyse des tatsächlichen Entwicklungsprozesses der am Neuen Markt gelisteten Unternehmen unter finanzierungsrelivanten Gesichtspunkten.
