Abstract

Cette étude de la littérature explore le lien entre qualité de vie au travail et qualité des soins à travers les travaux menés par des chercheurs de diverses disciplines : épidémiologie, sociologie, sciences politiques, sciences de gestion, santé publique, etc. Cette diversité a permis de mettre en exergue un matériau riche, éclairant l'évolution des conditions de travail de ces 20 dernières années, l'impact des innovations techniques et organisationnelles sur les prises en charge des patients et sur le travail des professionnels, l'impact des réformes, etc. Parmi l'ensemble de ces travaux, certains présentent l'intérêt de se fonder sur une approche positive du travail, construite sur les ressources de l'activité, plutôt que sur les risques, ainsi qu'y invite la notion même de qualité de vie au travail.
