Abstract

Depuis 30 ans, les CIFRE (Conventions Industrielles de Formation à la Recherche) donnent l'opportunité à une entreprise d'embaucher un diplômé de niveau Master pour le placer au cœur d'une collaboration de recherche avec un laboratoire public de recherche, dans le cadre de la préparation d'un doctorat : le doctorant est intégré en entreprise, tout en bénéficiant d'un encadrement académique. Nous présentons plus longuement cet outil et ses intérêts, tant du point de vue des entreprises que des doctorants.
