La economía circular en Francia: una aproximación desde la economía institucional

Abstract

En los últimos siglos, nuestro modelo de negocio ha sido muy productivo y altamente globalizado, el cual ha generado un grave impacto en el sistema geofísico del planeta. Algunos investigadores han llamado este periodo de cambios como Antropoceno. Este contexto requiere, entre otros, la reconciliación entre las ciencias sociales y naturales, basado en una perspectiva global. Esto implica que el enfoque de la gestión de los ecosistemas y de los recursos naturales, no solamente centrado en los componentes del sistema, sino también en sus relaciones e interacciones, ahondando en que algunos de estos flujos poseen un componente circular. Para investigar esta perspectiva institucional en este artículo, se presenta un estado del arte sobre la economía institucional, centrándose en los NEI (nueva economía institucional) lo cual nos dará una ruta crítica para el análisis de los derechos de propiedad de los bienes comunes, lo cual nos permitirá realizar una reflexión sobre la cuestiones político-económicas relacionadas a un flujo circular.
