Abstract

L'acronyme VUCA est apparu dans une contexte militaire pour signifier des situations Volatiles, Incertaines, Complexes et Ambigus. Nous comparons dans ce chapitre différentes définitions, celles issues des sciences de gestion et les autres émanant d'un champ appelé "théorie de la décision". Le chapitre discute des différences entre ces définitions dans le but futur d'arriver à un consensus sur ces termes.
