Abstract

The paper examines the trends in the global security and emphasizes the role of the information and forming actors as a problem of a education and upbringing of human personality. The knowledge economy asks questions on the abilities to assure the security in management (data control), in society (propaganda), in military industry (electronics equipment vulnerability), in political decisions (experience and governance' competences). The global players bear the huge risks, today societal system is to assure the responsible and sustainable decisions for future.
