Abstract

Cet article met en lumière comment le développement durable résulte d'une co-construction inhérente aux interactions qui existent entre les entreprises d'un secteur et ses parties prenantes. Nous montrons notamment comment les organisations anti-OGM participent au processus de définition d'une agriculture durable sans y avoir été conviées par les entreprises du secteur agro-alimentaire. En s'appuyant principalement sur l'analyse de données secondaires, nous mettons en exergue les deux conceptions du développement durable qui co-existent dans le secteur, ainsi que la manière dont ce concept est mobilisé et défini à travers les revendications faites sur les OGM.
