Abstract

Dans les SCIC, l'un des défis managériaux majeurs est de combiner une démocratie participative avec une gestion quotidienne efficace. Cet enjeu peut s'analyser en particulier au prisme des représentations du régime politique participatif qui s'y exerce. A partir de l'étude de cas d'une SCIC dans le secteur des musiques actuelles et en particulier des significations multiples qu'attribuent ses membres à la participation comme idéal démocratique, nous proposons une grille d'analyse théorique combinant les « seuils » de la participation des acteurs et les dimensions d'un régime politique d'entreprise qui permet de saisir les enjeux du déploiement d'une culture démocratique participative au sein des coopératives.
