Abstract

Cet ouvrage collectif porte un regard pluridisciplinaire sur le commerce de centre-ville et de centre-bourg ainsi que sur ses transformations actuelles, thématiques encore peu présentes dans les recherches en Sciences de Gestion. Les éléments de réflexion issus de différentes disciplines proposés visent à comprendre la complexité de l'objet d'étude et à s'interroger sur les dispositifs humains, techniques et organisationnels mis en œuvre, qui peuvent contribuer à la dynamique de l'appareil commercial. Les auteurs ont choisi de structurer leurs réflexions autour de quatre thématiques pour répondre à cette problématique: la compréhension des dynamiques du commerce de centre-ville, les méthodes et outils de dynamisation du commerce de centre-ville, un regard particulier sur deux formats de distribution (le marché et les magasins éphémères) et, enfin, l'ancrage dans les pratiques professionnelles. Cet ouvrage s'adresse aux chercheurs, aux enseignants-chercheurs, étudiants, professionnels du commerce de centre-ville, acteurs publics, qui souhaitent mieux comprendre les enjeux liés à la dynamique du commerce de centre-ville.
