Abstract

Pour activer ses droits à la formation, encore faut-il bien les connaître. Les salariés peuvent être informés de différentes façons sur le sujet : par la hiérarchie et les responsables de la formation ou des ressources humaines, par les collègues ou les représentants du personnel, ou encore par leurs propres recherches. Mais selon le mode de diffusion, l'information touche des catégories de salariés différentes, et n'a pas les mêmes conséquences sur leur accès effectif à la formation.
