Abstract

Les acteurs de la finance solidaire proposent des outils d'accompagnement et de financement de proximité répondant aux spécificités territoriales. La crise de 2008 est venue déséquilibrer cette dynamique socio-économique. Cette régulation financière locale, largement sous statut associatif, est depuis peu dans l'obligation de se renouveler. Un besoin de transparence et de compréhension se manifeste chez les citoyens et l'émergence de la finance participative leur apparaît une option crédible, portée par les nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication. Notre travail cherche à construire un cadre théorique d'analyse des hybridations à l'œuvre dans la reconstruction d'une finance territoriale plus citoyenne, à partir des expérimentations en cours dans les territoires de la Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
