Abstract

Education to Corporate Social Responsibility requires both implicit and explicit messages. Explicit training to RSE alone has limits, and even downsides when the management of schools is not setting an example in terms of embedded social responsibility. However, implicit education to CSR should be properly articulated with explicit training, as shown in the case of a work-study program focused on sustainable and socially responsible management.
