Abstract

: Il s'agit d'une étude de cas qui s'intègre dans une réflexion globale sur l'apport de la dynamique des systèmes dans la prise de décision d'approvisionnement de points de vente d'un distributeur d'automobiles. La direction du contrôle de gestion de ce groupe industriel a souhaité examiner les potentialités de cette approche. Il s'agissait d'un problème crucial à analyser et à traiter, à savoir réduire le volume des stocks en succursales de certaines références jugé trop important. Nous avons proposé un modèle de simulation continue pour étudier la sensibilité du système actuel d'approvisionnement. Ce modèle a également permis de proposer des solutions en terme de gestion de stocks au niveau de la direction commerciale et des points de ventes.
