Abstract

Budget des collectivités Les solutions pour moins dépenser Les collectivités locales ont besoin de trouver des solutions pour faire baisser leurs dépenses. Face à ce défi, les chercheurs de la chaire Optima ont défini deux voies possibles : le contrôle des dépenses ou la logique de pilotage. Une enquête menée auprès des collectivités montre que celles-ci optent, pour l'instant, pour une démarche de contrôle. Economies : une obligation pour les collectivités Face à un contexte financier particulièrement contraint, les collectivités n'ont pas d'autres choix que de réaliser des économies d'envergure. « En effet, face à la baisse des dotations de l'Etat et à l'augmentation des transferts de compétences, les finances locales connaissent, et semble-t-il, connaîtront, des tensions et contraintes de plus en plus lourdes », estiment
