Abstract

Un outil de développement durable Initié lors du Sommet de la Terre de Rio en 1992, l'Agenda 21 permet aux collectivités territoriales de définir les actions à impulser au coeur du territoire afin d'assurer un développement écologiquement et socialement responsable. Eurydice Bled, doctorante et membre la chaire Optima, étudie ces démarches et nous livre le fruit de ses recherches.
