Abstract

L'ubérisation correspond à un phénomène de désintermédiation (d'où l'apparition de nouveaux entrants sur les marchés), mais renvoie aussi à une réflexion sur la collecte, l'exploitation et la valorisation d'informations et de données dites massives (big data). Qu'en est-il de l'impact sur le secteur du droit et les métiers associés (avocats et autres professions juridiques) ? La création de documents juridiques et/ou la rédaction de contrats sont souvent citées comme des activités susceptibles d'être ubérisées. Ce chapitre, divisé en deux parties, vise donc à analyser la situation actuelle et les conséquences possibles de l'ubérisation sur les activités juridiques à moyen terme.
