Abstract

Alors que le secteur de la construction est porteur de nombreux enjeux de développement durable, Bouygues Construction place la construction durable au coeur de sa stratégie et de l'évolution de ses métiers. L'étude de cas permet d'analyser la politique développement durable de Bouygues Construction et d'en présenter un exemple d'application concrète et opérationnelle : le Club Construction Durable, une bonne pratique responsable en matière de gestion de ses parties prenantes. Le Club Construction Durable concourt à un double objectif : celui de la recherche de nouvelles sources d'innovations et d'anticipation des évolutions sociétales, et celui de l'initiation d'un dialogue original et organisé avec ses partenaires clés.
