Une explication des contre-dons attendus par les bénévoles : proposition d’une échelle de mesure tridimensionnelle

Abstract

Cette communication propose, en s'appuyant sur le paradigme de Churchill (1979), de construire et de valider une échelle de mesure des contre-dons attendus par le bénévole à son association. Une revue de la littérature et trois études de cas menées auprès d'associations à caractère humanitaire et solidaire nous ont permis de générer un échantillon de 27 items. Par la suite, un questionnaire a été construit et diffusé dans les réseaux des bénévoles de la Croix-Rouge et de l'Armée du Salut . A partir du premier échantillon (n=372) l'analyse factorielle exploratoire a été effectuée. Dans la deuxième phase, l'échelle épurée est soumise à un deuxième échantillon (n=311). Les analyses confirmatoires ont fait émerger une échelle tridimensionnelle du contre-don. Les bénévoles recherchent à travers leurs actions associatives : « un bien-être », « un apprentissage » et « un effet boomerang positif »
