La fidélité du bénévole à son association : construction d'une échelle de mesure bidimentionnelle

Abstract

Cette communication propose de construire et de valider une échelle de mesure de la fidélité organisationnelle du bénévole à son association. Pour cela, le paradigme de Churchill et al. [1979] est mobilisé. Après avoir mené une revue de littérature et une étude qualitative auprès de trois associations à caractère humanitaire, un échantillon d'items a été généré. Une fois le questionnaire construit, il a été diffusé dans les réseaux des bénévoles de la Croix-Rouge et de l'Armée du Salut . Un premier échantillon (n=372) a été collecté. L'Analyse en Composante Principale a été effectuée, ce qui a permis d'épurer l'échelle avant de la soumettre à un deuxième échantillon (n=311). Les analyses confirmatoires ont donné lieu à une mise à jour d'une échelle bidimensionnelle l'une consacrée à la « fidélité in situ » et l'autre à la « fidélité intrinsèque ».
