Abstract

Cette étude de cas est centrée sur l'analyse d'une situation réelle de gestion. Goubaloula est une jeune association (loi 1901) créée le 9 septembre 2009, elle a pour vocation d'aider le village de Sefeto au Mali en apportant l'électricité grâce à des panneaux photovoltaïques. Cette association créée entre des amis connait des conflits scénarisés sous forme de pièce de théâtre. Ce cas invite les étudiants à réfléchir sur les sources, les types et le mode de résolution des conflits dans un contexte particulier qui est celui d'une association. Cet exercice a plusieurs buts détaillés ci-dessous. - Initier les étudiants à la notion de conflit et à sa gestion dans le milieu associatif, - Mener un diagnostic RH - Permettre de réfléchir sur les sources, les types et le développement des conflits dans les organisations, - Amener les étudiants à appréhender le management des conflits dans le milieu associatif et les différents modes de résolution, - Sensibiliser l'apprenant à la Gestion des Ressources Humaines dans un environnement complexe avec la formulation de recommandations managériales cohérentes.
