Abstract

Le projet de recherche présenté dans cet article s'intéresse à l'intégration des jeux de rôle (JdR) sur table dans les enseignements d'anglais et de management opérationnel. Après une présentation de l'écosystème du JdR sur table et une proposition de typologie des différents usages professionnels du jeu de rôle (psychodrame, développement des compétences sociales ou soft skills et serious gaming), nous détaillons les résultats extrêmement positifs d'une enquête menée auprès des étudiant·e·s ayant participé aux expérimentations de l'année universitaire 2018-2019. En effet, 83.75% d'entre eux pensent que cette pratique est efficace pour l'apprentissage. Nous proposons ensuite deux dispositifs de mise en œuvre de JdR sur table pour des enseignements d'anglais et de management imaginés à partir de nos observations et des résultats de l'enquête.
