Abstract

Le chapitre se structure en trois temps. Le premier constitue une biographie commentée de S. Blanco, dans une approche linéaire. Le deuxième porte sur l'identification des facteurs clés de succès d'une ligue sportive professionnelle. Le troisième temps teste l'hypothèse d'une stratégie d'optimisation économique du produit proposé par la LNR sur la période 1998-2008 via une volonté de maîtrise de ses facteurs clés de succès. Cette vision semble largement déterminée par l'acteur, ici S. Blanco, président de la LNR sur la période étudié, opérant dans le cadre d'une stratégie délibérée.
