Abstract

Dans un contexte de profonde transition économique et d'une administration territoriale en constante évolution, la maitrise de l'information stratégique du développement des entreprises et de leur environnement apparaît comme une des clés de la compétitivité des territoires. Plus de dix ans après les expérimentations régionales de la politique publique d'intelligence économique territoriale voulue par l'Etat, l'heure est désormais au bilan.
