Abstract

Au cours du colloque 2015 de la Société Française d'Économie Rurale, « Structures d'exploitations et exercice de l'activité agricole : continuités, changements ou rupture ? », une étude a été présentée sur l'éclatement du modèle français de l'exploitation tenue par 2 actifs familiaux. Elle s'appuie sur les données des recensements agricoles 2000 et 2010.
