L’accompagnement institutionnel des femmes entrepreneures

Abstract

Les recherches menées sur l'accompagnement institutionnel des femmes entrepreneures demeurent marginales dans la littérature et ce malgré le rôle avéré des dispositifs de soutien dans le développement de l'entrepreneuriat des femmes. Cet article vise donc à proposer un modèle d'accompagnement qui correspond à la démarche entrepreneuriale des créatrices de TPE.Nos résultats révèlent que leur démarche entrepreneuriale nécessite des pratiques d'accompagnement adaptées, au risque que les femmes entrepreneures refusent d'intégrer les dispositifs de soutien à la création d'entreprises. Nous montrons que la prise en compte du genre, en tant que catégorisation socialement construite, permet de proposer de nouveaux modèles d'accompagnement. Cette recherche soulève également l'intérêt d'un accompagnement différencié qui combine plusieurs méthodes et pratiques d'apprentissage.
