Abstract

L'ouvrage Comment réussir son DBA ? (Doctorate in Business Administration) vise à répondre aux questions que se posent les managers qui ont envie de prendre du recul, de soutenir et publier une thèse ancrée dans leur expérience managériale, et de créer de la connaissance. Qu'est-ce qu'un DBA ? Quelles différences y a-t-il entre un DBA et un PhD ? Comment préparer un DBA en 3 ans ? Comment choisir son DBA ? Faut-il choisir un DBA en face-à-face ou un DBA à distance ? Comment choisir son sujet de thèse de DBA ? Comment choisir son directeur de thèse ? Comment démarrer son DBA ? Quelle(s) méthodologie(s) choisir pour son DBA ? Quel plan adopter pour la thèse de DBA ? Et enfin : comment valoriser son DBA ? À toutes ces questions, l'auteur apporte des réponses claires et pragmatiques issues de son expérience de pilotage de programmes de DBA et il propose au lecteur un parcours en trois étapes : 1. Le choix d'un DBA 2. Le choix de son sujet de thèse 3. Le pilotage de son DBA
