Abstract

24 Gruppen von Managern zu einem Fortbildungskurs für Mangement in den Louvre zu führen, ist eine seltene Erfahrung. Dieser Artikel, der sich auf die Schule der Critical Management Education beruft, beschreibt die Durchführung eines Ausbildungsmoduls, das die Malerei als Medium zur Reflektion über die Macht benutzt. Es wurde für Führungskräfte eines multinationalen Unternehmens in Frankreich konzipiert. Die Erfolge sowie die Grenzen des Konzepts regen dazu an, die notwendige Erneuerung der Ausbildung von Managern fortzusetzen, die eine entscheidende Herausforderung darstellt, denn zur Zeit wird die Heranbildung der Wirtschaftseliten immer wieder durch eine Krise in Frage gestellt, die kein Ende nehmen will.
