Abstract

Nous proposons un état de la littérature sur le transfert externe sous la perspective du repreneur personne-physique. Dans un premier temps, nous revenons sur la méthodologie employée, et plus précisément sur la collecte et le traitement des données. Ensuite, nous montrons que le repreneur est un entrepreneur et que le processus repreneurial correspond en réalité à un processus de pour-suite d'opportunités. Enfin, nous modélisons la capacité d'identification des opportunités du re-preneur personne-physique. Cette recherche met en avant des voies d'insertion du repreneuriat dans le champ de l'entrepreneuriat et permet de développer la notion d'opportunité dans le con-texte spécifique du rachat.
