Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand if notions such as involvement, age and gender form individual characteristics of aesthetic sensibility of a child and if they can explain children's choices and final preferences towards products they buy. This question will beexamined by using contemporary art pictures and logos. This research aims at providing a better understanding of both aesthetic processes and preference prioritisation criteria at stake with children aged 8 to 11.
